The cluster 3, where SPCIS belonged, emerged as the 2nd runner-up in the overall ranking for this year’s Solidarity day celebration.

The cluster won trophies and cash prizes.

Meant to coincide with the UNESCO World Heritage Cities Solidarity Day celebration, the Vigan City Cultural Festival is con-comitant to the city’s goal in promoting and establishing our role in passing out intangible heritage to the next generation.  The said event aims to reactivate and strengthen cultural activities in schools as well as to stage these events from educational establishments to higher level of competition with citywide audiences.
