TUITION AND OTHER FEES

1 Students' school fees are published and posted at the Finance Office prior to the enrollment period of every school year.

2 No amount may be collected from the students by any member of the faculty, administration, or any other personnel without the prior permission of the School President.

3 School fees may be paid in full or in installment. For payment on an installment basis, the total charge is payable in four equal installments as stated in the assessment.

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS

1 A student, who has paid the pertinent tuition and other fees upon enrollment, may be given a refund as specified below.
90% of the total amount paid if he/she withdraws within the first week of classes;
80% if she withdraws within the second week of classes.

2 A student who withdraws anytime after the second week of classes will be charged the full tuition, miscellaneous and other fees.

3. A student who withdraws from the College before the start of summer classes shall be charged the whole amount of registration fee. If withdrawal is after one week of classes, he/she shall be charged the total amount due for the summer term regardless of whether or not he/she has attended classes.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS

1 Academic Entrance Scholarship

Full scholarship consisting of a 100 percent (100%) discount tuition fee only is granted to a Valedictorian from a duly recognized secondary school and certified by the Principal or the equivalent authority. Continued enjoyment of said scholarship requires a semestral average of 93 percent (93%) and above with no grade below 88 percent (88%).

Partial scholarship consisting of a 50% discount in tuition fee only is granted to a Salutatorian from a duly recognized secondary school and certified by the Principal or the equivalent authority. Continued enjoyment of said scholarship requires a semestral average of 90 percent (90%) and above with no grade below 85 percent (85%).

2 Academic Performance Scholarship

A student, carrying a full load according to the semestral curricular offering, who obtains an average of ninety three percent (93%) and above may apply for full tuition scholarship in the succeeding semester provided he/she has no grade below eighty-eight percent (88%). Computation will be based on the weighted average grade for all subjects including Religious Education, and P.E., excluding NSTP and Paulthenics. He/She is included in the President's List.

A student carrying a full load according to the semestral curricular offering who obtains an average of ninety percent (90) and above may apply for partial scholarship in the succeeding semester provided he/she has no grade below eighty-five percent (85%). Computation will be based on the weighted average grade for all subjects including Religious Education, and P.E. excluding NSTP and Paulthenics. He/She is included in the Dean's List.

Non-compliance to any conditions as stated in the Student Handbook and the SAS MOA

1st offense - Counseling

2nd offense - Oral Warning

3rd Offense - Written Warning

Falsification of Documents will result to termination.

Any offense committed considered as a grievous act as stipulated in the SPUS-Student Handbook will immediately result to termination.

Submission of the Daily Time Record

DTR is to be submitted on the last day of the month.

2 DTR, which is not submitted within three (3) working days after the last day of the month due to negligence and invalid reasons shall be forfeited.
