SPCIS PHILOSOPHY, QUALITY POLICY, VISION-MISSION

Philosophy

St. Paul College of Ilocos Sur is a Catholic school dedicated to the formation of the whole person—education in faith, academic excellence in a caring environment, and community service in charity.

Our model is the person of Christ who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We endeavor to assist our students grow in their faith in order to bring Christ to the world.

We promote a Catholic faith community where parents are the primary educators of their children. The teachers, support staff, and maintenance personnel assist the parents in this tremendous responsibility by providing and facilitating an education in the Roman Catholic Faith, Identity, and Tradition.

We strive for academic excellence through a curriculum comparable with that of quality and effective schools and integrate the Catholic faith in all academic disciplines.

We respond to the gospel call to community and service in the spirit of Christ by providing opportunities for social transformation through service-oriented outreach programs to the Church and the civic community.

Quality Policy

“St. Paul College of Ilocos Sur commits to provide Quality Catholic Paulinian Education in a Compassionate Caring Environment.”
