SPCIS Department of Nursing received warm welcome from the Local Government Unit of Sto. Domingo led by Hon. Mayor Bryan Dexter Tadena and Hon. Vice-Mayor Edwin Maribeth Tacbas with SBM Luciano Manuel, SBM Benedict Gerard De Vera, SBM Eugene R. Tadena, SBM Henry Palpal-latoc, SBM Pompeyo Palpal-latoc, SBM Mark Denver Alvarado, SBM Eduardo Tacal, SBM Rodelio Valencia, and SK Federated Anne Tindoc for the Related Learning Experience Duty of the Paulinian nurses in Sto. Domingo Rural Health Unit and Community Clinical area in Brgy. Laoingen, Sto. Domingo, Ilocos Sur.
SPCIS was represented by nursing faculty namely Mrs. Kathleen R. Parel, MAN, RN, Mrs. Jenifer Tugas, MAN, RN and Mr. Melanio Rojas, MAN,RN.
