St. Paul College of Ilocos Sur successfully passes the CHEDRO-1 virtual monitoring

Facilitated by the Planning and Quality Assurance Office led by Mr. Edmundo Bunagan,
Division Heads and the Program Chairpersons along with the School President, Sister Carolina
Agravante, SPC, passed the CHEDRO-1 virtual monitoring of its implementation of flexible
learning last April 22, 2022 via Zoom.

Present in the meeting were Sr. Carolina Agravante, SPC (School President and
Program Chairperson-Department of Nursing); Sr. Elizabeth Mata, SPC (Vice President for
Finance and Administrative Services); Ms. Katrina Joy Naval (OIC Vice President for
Academics); Mr. Edmundo Bunagan (Planning and Quality Assurance Director and Human
Resource and Development Director); Mr. Aries Jay Fule (Program Chairperson-Department of
Business and Technology); Mrs. Luz Astom (Program Chairperson-Department of Arts and
Sciences and Teacher Education); and Sr. Dahlia Dabu, SPC (Guidance Services Team
Leader).

The administrators, faculty, and other school personnel extend their deep gratitude and
appreciation to the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office 1, especially to Mr. Arnold
V. Ancheta for their objective and humbling evaluation of the implementation of flexible learning
of SPCIS for SY 2020-2021! The entire institution is ONE with CHED in ensuring quality
education even in these challenging times.

Felicitations are also extended to the academic community of the college department
and the support services of the school for continuously providing quality, Catholic Paulinian
education to the students,
